Play for Fun, Not to Chase
Our competitions are prize competitions with a free postal entry route — they are not gambling and we are not a licensed gambling operator. But spending money for the chance to win a prize should always stay fun and affordable. These tools are built into every account from day one.
Tools You Can Use Right Now
- Spend limits: set a monthly spending limit on your account. Once you hit it, paid entries are blocked until the limit period resets. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising one takes effect after a cooling-off period.
- Pause: take a break for a period you choose. While paused you cannot make paid entries and we will not send you marketing.
- Self-exclusion: close the door for longer. Self-excluded accounts cannot enter paid competitions, are suppressed from all marketing, and will not be reopened during the exclusion period.
- Free entry: every competition can be entered by post for free, with the same odds as a paid entry. See our Free Postal Entry page.
- Marketing controls: unsubscribe from marketing at any time from your account or any marketing email.

Our Commitments
- We never sell entries to anyone under 18, and we verify winners' ages before awarding prizes.
- We will not extend draws or pressure you with false scarcity; closing dates and draw dates are published and honoured.
- We do not market to paused or self-excluded accounts.
- Entry limits per person apply to every competition and cover paid and postal entries combined.

Platform commitments

- 18+ entry and account confirmation across paid and postal routes.
- Paid and postal entries join the same draw pool.
- Free postal entry is shown on every competition page and before checkout.
- Draw dates, entry caps and prize details are fixed when a competition is published.
- No cancellation, extension or prize reduction because ticket sales are low.
- Draw lock creates a final entry list hash before winner selection.
- Winner publication uses proportionate personal data and follows the privacy notice.
- Spend limits, account pauses and marketing suppression are available from launch.
- Live payments remain disabled until solicitor and payment-provider approvals are filed.
